Privacy Policy — Oh My Ride

"Oh My Ride" is developed and operated by Rajar. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it's used.

Information we collect

Account details: your name and email address, used to create and manage your account.
County preference: which Irish county you select, used to show relevant local events, transport, and airport information.
Device notification token: a unique identifier for your device, used solely to deliver push notifications about local events and transport updates. Not shared with any third party.
Location (optional): if you grant permission, your device's approximate location is used only to center the in-app map. This is never stored or transmitted to our servers.
Feedback submissions: if you submit event suggestions or feature requests, we store the content you provide and, optionally, a contact email.

Information we don't collect

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app, from the Profile screen. Deletion is immediate and permanent, no need to contact us.

Third-party services

The app uses Supabase (database hosting), Firebase (push notifications), and links to external ticketing, transport, and airport websites, each governed by their own privacy policies.
